By using Tshirtinahurry and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

Prices and inventory may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors or stock availability. Quotes are valid only for the items and quantities shown.

Artwork & intellectual property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork you submit. By uploading files, you confirm you own or are licensed to use them and authorize us to reproduce them to fulfill your order. We are not liable for infringement claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Proof approval

For custom work, production begins after you approve your proof. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, sizing, and placement before approval.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your orders will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
