Custom & printed items

Custom DTF transfers and printed apparel are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or the order is incorrect due to our error. Because you approve artwork before production, please review your proof carefully.

Blank apparel

Unused, unwashed, and unprinted blank apparel may be returned within 14 daysof delivery in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Defects & errors

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was approved, contact us within 7 daysof delivery with your order number and photos. We'll reprint or refund the affected items.

How to start a return

Email our teamwith your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with next steps and, when applicable, a return authorization.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
